My nan's been in hospital for nearly two weeks after an operation to fix a twisted bowel problem. The hospital's just phoned to say she's going downhill rapidly and mum & dad should go up there now.

My dad's crying outside in the hallway. I don't know what to do.

Antisocial whinging post upcoming later, when I'm not stressing out at work.
